Domestic Shipping

Shipping Charges

Within India:
We offer FREE Shipping Across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

International Shipping:
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of the shipment. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the respective customs authority or courier partner at the time of delivery.

RG Thread is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional government charges.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or customs charges remain unpaid, the order will not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Every order is carefully processed and packed to maintain the highest quality standards.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days after successful order confirmation.

During festive seasons, high order volumes, public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take additional time. Customers will be informed if any significant delay occurs.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 3–7 Business Days

  • International: 7–15 Business Days (depending on destination country and customs clearance)

Actual delivery timelines may vary based on courier operations and local conditions.

Parcel Receiving Guidelines

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of transit damage or missing items, customers are requested to:

  • Record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.

  • Capture clear photographs of the parcel if it appears damaged or tampered with.

  • Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email the order number along with photos/videos to our customer support team.

Claims received without proper proof may not be eligible for verification.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

  1. Your order is verified and processed.

  2. Products undergo quality inspection.

  3. The order is securely packed.

  4. The shipment is handed over to our courier partner.

  5. A tracking ID will be sent via Email and/or SMS once dispatched.

Customers can track their shipment anytime using the provided tracking number.

Order Cancellation

Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received after processing or dispatch cannot be accepted.

Credit Note Policy

If a credit note is issued, it will be sent to your registered email address.

Credit notes:

  • Can be redeemed only on the official RG Thread website.

  • Are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • Can be used only once.

Sale Items

Products purchased under any Sale, Clearance, Offer, or Discount Campaign are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to dispatch and deliver every order within the estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in delays.

In the event of an exceptional delay caused directly by RG Thread, we will review the order and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our company policy.

RG Thread shall not be held legally liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or other force majeure events.
