Cancellation Policy

At RG Thread, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of successful order placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

For eligible prepaid order cancellations, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • A Credit Note equivalent to the order value.

  • Replacement with another product of equal value (subject to availability).

  • Refund to the original payment method (where applicable).

Cancellation requests received after the order has been processed or dispatched cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within the eligible cancellation period through the official RG Thread website, registered support email, or customer support number.

Please include your:

  • Order Number

  • Registered Name

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Reason for Cancellation

Order Cancellation by RG Thread

RG Thread reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product becoming unavailable or out of stock.

  • Pricing or product listing errors.

  • Payment verification failure.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Any unforeseen operational or technical issue.

If an order is cancelled by RG Thread after successful payment, the full eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

Cancellation Charges

For prepaid orders cancelled by the customer, applicable payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2–3%) may be deducted from the refundable amount, as these charges are non-refundable from the payment gateway provider.

No cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled by RG Thread.

Credit Note Validity

Credit Notes issued against eligible cancellations or exchanges:

  • Are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

  • Can be redeemed only on the official RG Thread website.

  • Are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can be used only once.
