Products are eligible for exchange only if they meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The product should not show any signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing.
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Minor color variations due to screen resolution or photography lighting.
Fabric texture or material expectations.
Products purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Special Offer events (unless a defective or incorrect product is received).
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Customers can request an exchange by contacting our customer support through the official RG Thread website or registered support email.
A nominal processing fee may apply for exchanges to cover reverse logistics and handling charges.
If applicable, our support team will share the payment details before processing the exchange request.
Customers may choose to ship the product to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.
After dispatch, please share:

Proof of Dispatch (Receipt)
RG Thread is not responsible for products lost or damaged during self-shipping.
Where reverse pickup service is available, RG Thread will arrange pickup from the customer's delivery address.
Availability of reverse pickup depends on the customer's location and courier service coverage.
After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If the product meets our exchange criteria, the replacement item will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
Only one exchange request per order is permitted.
If the requested product or size is unavailable, a Credit Note equivalent to the product value may be issued. Credit Notes remain valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
All purchases made through RG Thread are considered Final Sale.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered, except in the following situations:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.
Products purchased under Sale, Clearance, Promotional Offers, or Discount Campaigns are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
